2.1. Use of the Services.
Recruitment: The main purpose of data processing is the company's activity, namely the recruitment of staff for companies of the European Union in general, and Poland companies in particular and, in this regard, your data is communicated to potential employers, directly (when applying for a job) or indirectly (when a potential employer finds you in the database and contacts you directly), depending on the chosen option.
At the same time, we use a series of data that you provide us, in order to optimize the processes involved, offer you job suggestions or suggestions for completing your resume. We also use the data received from Candidate Users to create filtering facilities for them, based on various criteria of interest for Recruiting Users.

3. What data do we process and from whom do we collect it?
Depending on your interactions on the web, we process the following personal data: When you attempt to fill in the online form, you are asked to provide us with a series of data, such as name, surname, mobile phone number, location, etc. All this data is provided by you directly.
Data collected or generated by us as a result of your interaction with our site. How we use these technologies is described in the Cookies Policy. 4. How long do we keep the collected data?

Personal data will be deleted if the Candidate User requests the deactivation and deletion of the account, or after a period of at least 5 (five) years from the date on which the Candidate User becomes inactive (from the date of the last interaction with Point Job operators). The data of the Recruiting Users (authorized natural persons and representatives of legal entities) will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relations with the Recruiting User plus for the entire period provided by law for the activity of archiving and keeping financial-accounting documents. The data related to cookies and similar technologies are kept according to the specific terms set for those technologies, the storage period can be between the duration of the browsing session (for session cookies) and a duration of up to 2 (two) years (for cookies analysis).

5. What rights do you have as a data subject?
The right to be informed.
This data protection notice provides the information you are entitled to receive.
The right of deletion.
If you have an account on www.pointjob.md which you can request to receive an export file with the personal data we hold about you, including all the data you have provided us. You can also exercise your right to delete your personal data in a number of situations (for example, if the data is no longer needed in relation to the purpose for which it was created or if you withdraw your consent). Where it is possible, all such requests will be automatically complied with, although some details are part of the company's permanent files, which cannot be reasonably removed from recordings by law.
